1. Distanced reception



Simplified procedures for dormitories access

Digital check-in possible by e-mail or messenger, disinfected code lock.

Thanks to our online reservation system on our website, payment and invoicing can be completely dematerialized!

Of course, we will remain at your disposal for any questions or requests.
All the contacts that we will have together will strictly respect the rules of social distancing to which we are trained.

2. Hosting conditions



Come with your sleeping bag, towel and sanitary masks.

  • The use of personal sheets, sleeping bag and one's own towel is mandatory.
    A disposable mattress protector or one washed at 60° between each traveller will be placed on beds.
    Blankets and bolsters have been removed from the beds.
  • Soap is available in each dormitory.
  • Come with your sanitary masks for your protection and that of others.

3. Enhanced cleaning and disinfection



The cleaning is carried out with gloves, a mask and according to precise cleaning and deep disinfection processes matching with information in force (bed linen thrown away or washed at 60°, airy accommodation, disinfection of the sanitary facilities).

In addition to daily cleaning, our teams regularly disinfect the areas that may come into contact with your hands. Door handles, code locks, toilets, showers, washbasins, counters and handrails are thoroughly disinfected, using a virucidal product.

4. Adapted catering services



Breakfast and evening meal to go

Beverage vending machines are still closed.

We offer on request:

breakfast (hot drinks and bread, cereals, fruit juice, butter, jams, honey and nutella),

and evening meals to take away (starter, main course, dessert): unique mountain refuge type menu.

Cans or snacks can be left in front of your dormitory on request.

5. Flexible cancellation policy



To travel with peace of mind, in case of cancellation more than 48 hours before the beginning of your stay, we offer you a credit note corresponding to the amount of the deposit paid and usable until the end of 2021. This solution would help us to limit the economic difficulties generated by this particular period.

If this solution does not suit you or if you have not been able to use your credit note by the end of 2021, we guarantee the reimbursement of your deposit minus 1% of bank charges  --- we keep nothing for ourselves.
